Now I offically feel retired. Teachers have gone back to work, students are hopefully anxiously awaiting that day when school starts for them. My thoughts are constantly shifting to them - not thoughts of "I wish I was there" but of hopes, dreams and prayers for their year to come. I have been so blessed to have spent 28 years in the classroom, and now am equally blessed to be in a position where I can experience the new adventures awaiting me. I look forward to seeing what God has in store for me.As I start this new adventure, I have a "bucket list" of things I want to do. The first of which is my Retirement Roadtrip! I will miss my traveling buddy, but God still has things he wants Ron to accompolish in the classroom. I am usually the navigator, but he typically sets the destinations. I hope I do not wander around in circles! I look forward to seeing family and discovering hidden treasures on my route.
Until next time ..........God bless.
