It was really strange seeing Ron off to work this morning!!!
My very first stop was to see my family at Plum Creek Elementary. It was wonderful to see everyone. There was excitement all around as teachers were preparing for the year. I loved seeing the energy flow through the building. I know it will be a wonderful and successful year for all!
After that I headed to the Pittmans. The drive was leisurely and relaxing. I love traveling while listening to my books on cd.
It is wonderful to see the kids. Of course one of the the highlights of the evening had to be Amy's cooking. Pork chops.......yum.
Now we are waiting for the dessert that Michael is making. Sounds like I better not step on the scales.
